Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  • First, try restarting the client to see if the issue is resolved

  • If the issue persists after restarting:

    • Windows: Close the client and run it as administrator

    • Mac: Check whether the InterviewDog client has been granted screen sharing permission

Q: What should I do if the AI-provided test answers are inaccurate?

  • Step 1: Check question recognition. First, click on "Question Correction" to verify whether the question has been accurately recognized. Since the AI extracts the question from a screenshot, it may misrecognize details such as letters, numbers, or punctuation. Please ensure the recognized question is correct before proceeding

  • Step 2: Understand the limitations of AI. AI-generated answers are meant to assist you, but they are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. This is due to the inherent limitations of AI technology. We are using the most advanced GPT model available, but even so, it cannot ensure perfect accuracy. Please use your own judgment when reviewing the answers

  • Step 3: Switch the model. You may consider upgrading to an enhanced model, which can improve accuracy by approximately 50%
