InterviewDog Paid Service Agreement

InterviewDog Paid Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between InterviewDog website (https://interviewdog.org) users (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the InterviewDog platform regarding the "InterviewDog Paid" services and various services related to "InterviewDog".

Please read and fully understand this Agreement. The terms in this Agreement that may significantly affect your rights (including those that exempt InterviewDog from liability, limit your rights, specify dispute resolution methods, and judicial jurisdiction clauses, etc.) should be carefully reviewed.

InterviewDog reserves the right to revise this Agreement based on product plans and actual operational conditions. It is recommended that you promptly check for any revised versions. If you disagree with any terms in this Agreement or any subsequent revisions, you may cease all paid activities (including but not limited to the purchase of InterviewDog Paid services and InterviewDog services). Your purchase and use of InterviewDog Paid services or use of InterviewDog services will be considered as confirmation and agreement to all terms of this Agreement and its revised versions.

Special Reminder: If you are a minor, please read and determine whether you agree to this Agreement in the presence of your legal guardian. The exercise and performance of rights and obligations under this Agreement by a minor will be deemed to have received the approval of their legal guardian.

This Agreement is part of the InterviewDog User Agreement. In case of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the InterviewDog User Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail; matters not specified or unclear in this Agreement shall be governed by the InterviewDog User Agreement.

1. About InterviewDog Payment

1. The InterviewDog recharge payment service is a digital service provided by the InterviewDog platform for you to exchange various virtual products and value-added services on the InterviewDog platform.

2. Users can obtain InterviewDog paid services by purchasing InterviewDog paid packages or other methods in the subscription center, according to the platform's sharing rules or other methods specified by the platform.

3. Users need to consume a certain amount of InterviewDog virtual credits to pay for the accelerated generation service on the InterviewDog platform.

2. Types of Paid Services

1. InterviewDog Paid Services InterviewDog paid services are services provided by InterviewDog to users, which allow for a one-time purchase of a certain amount of paid services, used for paying for the duration of online interviews.

3. Paid Service Content and Fees

1. InterviewDog Paid Services 1.1 InterviewDog will provide you with various InterviewDog paid packages. The cost of one-time purchase of InterviewDog paid services will vary depending on the package, and the details of different InterviewDog paid packages can be found on the purchase page. 1.2 Users who purchase InterviewDog paid packages will enjoy the online service benefits provided by the InterviewDog platform.

2. InterviewDog Services 2.1 InterviewDog will provide you with service duration. 2.2 InterviewDog services include multiple service packages. The contents of each package can be found on the purchase page.

4. Access to Paid Services

1. You should access and authorize the payment channels provided by the InterviewDog platform (including but not limited to PayPal, bank cards, Alipay, WeChat, Apple in-app purchase, online banking, etc., with the specific payment methods subject to what is actually displayed by InterviewDog), and after paying the corresponding fees as agreed, you will obtain InterviewDog paid services or InterviewDog subscription membership services.

2. You acknowledge and understand that the fees charged by different payment channels may vary due to differences in the policies of the purchasing channels. Please pay attention to the channel fees of each purchasing channel and select the purchasing channel based on your own needs.

3. You must be the account holder/owner of the bound payment channel account, legally and effectively use the account, and not infringe upon any third-party rights. Otherwise, you shall be solely responsible for resolving any disputes and bearing all legal liabilities arising from any losses caused to the actual account owner.

4. You should carefully confirm the accuracy of the transaction information, such as the account, payment account, purchase quantity, and purchase cost, when purchasing InterviewDog paid services or InterviewDog services. Any loss resulting from your own reasons (including but not limited to account errors, payment account errors, improper operation, account/payment account abnormalities, etc.) shall be borne by you.

5. You acknowledge and agree that InterviewDog paid services and InterviewDog services are digital products for online use. The fees you pay do not constitute an advance payment, deposit, or down payment, but are the price of the digital products. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or specified by InterviewDog, InterviewDog paid services and InterviewDog services are non-refundable once activated.

5. Pay Service Term

1. According to the different types of services you purchase, the corresponding service term may vary. The specific term shall be subject to the duration displayed on the InterviewDog service interface.

2. After the service term expires, the rights you enjoy will automatically terminate.

3. Please understand that due to the nature of internet services, the service term of InterviewDog includes reasonable time for resolving issues, server maintenance, adjustments, upgrades, or dealing with third-party infringement. However, InterviewDog will make every effort to minimize the impact.

6. Disclaimer

1. InterviewDog will make its best efforts to provide you with support related to paid services, but due to technical limitations, InterviewDog cannot guarantee that the network services will meet your requirements (including but not limited to the timeliness, security, and accuracy of network services). InterviewDog will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the following reasons, but will try to minimize the losses and impact caused to you:

1.1 Force Majeure (Force Majeure refers to objective situations that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome. This includes national laws, regulations, policies, orders of government agencies, and other government actions, as well as events like typhoons, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, etc. Given the special nature of the internet, force majeure also includes hacker attacks, major impacts caused by telecommunication department technical adjustments, temporary shutdowns due to government control, virus attacks, etc., which affect the normal operation of the internet.)

1.2 Losses caused by the failure of other websites (such as online banking) linked or cooperating with InterviewDog to fulfill their network security supervision obligations, resulting in the leakage of bank account information, personal identity information, and any legal disputes or consequences that may arise.

1.3 Other losses caused by reasons that should not be attributed to InterviewDog.

1. Any losses arising from your own reasons will be your responsibility, and InterviewDog will not be held liable, including but not limited to:

2.1 Losses caused by your failure to properly safeguard your InterviewDog account information (including but not limited to situations where you disclose your account password to others or share your account with others).

2.2 Losses or liabilities arising from issues with the third-party payment institution account you have linked, including using an unverified third-party payment account or using a third-party payment account that does not belong to you, or if your third-party payment account is frozen or seized.

2.3 Other losses caused by your own reasons.

1. InterviewDog assumes no obligations and/or legal liabilities for paid services obtained through means not specified by InterviewDog.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (Mainland). If any provision of this agreement conflicts with the laws of Mainland China and becomes invalid, such provision will be reinterpreted in a manner as close as possible to the original intent of this agreement, and the other provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

2. In the event of any dispute regarding the content or execution of this agreement, the parties should attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Arbitration Commission of Hangzhou for arbitration.
