Q: Do you support refunds?
A: Yes, we do support refunds!!! InterviewDog's goal is for everyone to get their desired offer. If you use our service and receive an offer, we will refund the remaining fees unconditionally. Thank you for your trust!
However, we hope everyone can understand that the development process has not been easy, and the costs are high. We kindly ask for your understanding of our difficulties. All members of InterviewDog express our gratitude for your understanding.
Refund policy for top-up duration: Since the top-up includes bonus amounts, the balance before refund is the top-up amount plus the bonus amount. Once a refund request is initiated, all consumed amounts will be deducted from the top-up amount, and the bonus amount will not be refunded. For example, if you top up 90 RMB and receive a 30 RMB bonus, and you have spent 40 RMB on interviews, your account balance will show 80 RMB. Once a refund is requested, you will only be refunded 50 RMB, and the account balance will be cleared to 0.
Refund policy for package top-up: When requesting a refund, the total amount consumed will be calculated first. If the consumed amount does not exceed the package top-up amount, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the consumed amount exceeds the package top-up amount, no refund will be issued. For example, if you top up for a monthly membership at a price of 666 RMB and use 100 minutes, the actual amount consumed is 100 * 1.5 = 150 RMB. The refundable balance would be 666 - 150 RMB.
Special notice ⚠️⚠️⚠️:
If you have accepted an invitation from a certain account, and the inviter has already withdrawn your top-up amount, your top-up amount will not be refundable.
